central location friendly staff
the central location proved very convenient. the room was quiet at night. i found the staff to be friendly and helpful.
I found no usb charging sockets near the bed. It was hard to sleep with it running.

The staff stored my bags before check-in, helpful. The room included a fridge and complimentary water. The quiet and quick lift was an added bonus. The reception and bar downstairs looked lovely.
Milk pods were not replaced. The hotel gave me hand towels instead of bath towels so I had four in the room.

Wonderful stay in a spacious room
large room modern fixtures
The room was quite largewith ample space. The bathroom was well presented with modern fixtures. I appreciated how close the hotel was to the venue I attended. It made getting there very simple.

Excellent Stay with City Views
great location city view helpful staff
The location of the hotel is great. It allowed for easy access to many attractions. I was upgraded to a room with a great city view (I could see the main attractions!). The staff was always helpful and polite, particularly when I needed directions.
The parking situation was a bit inconvenient, as the garage was a short walk from the hotel entrance. This was not ideal when carrying luggage, especially after a long day of travel.

The room had a comfortable bed with nice bedding. There was a work desk and a seating area (I got some work done!). The bathroom included two separate sinks and a walk-in shower.

The staff provided quick check-in and check-out services. The concierge helped me with luggage storage, very useful. Daily cleaning was provided, and it was always very effective (I appreciated this).

The breakfast buffet had a good selection of hot and cold items. There was also a selection of pastries and fruits. The restaurant provided a variety of dishes for lunch and dinner (the menu was extensive).

tight carpark stained carpet
The underground carpark was tight, a real struggle to navigate. i had booked a space, yet there was only one narrow spot left. our premium room city view looked tired. It definitely needed decorating, and the carpet was badly stained. the walls also had dirt and holes. The furniture looked scratched and worn. it was quite frustrating.
